El Universal: A Brazilian business mission led by Miguel Jorge, the Minister of Development, Industry & Foreign Trade, will visit Venezuela, Panama and Peru in August to promote trade and investment with these countries, official sources reported today.

The Brazilian Minister and a group of businessmen will visit the three countries from August 16 to August 20, the Ministry said in a statement. In each of the countries that will be visited by the Brazilian businessmen, there will be business seminars, roundtables and meetings with local authorities, said the statement.

According to government officials, the main trade opportunities for Brazilian businessmen in Venezuela, Panama and Peru are in sectors such as machinery and equipment, electrical and electronic goods, food and beverage, construction, energy, defense and infrastructure, Efe reported.
