Un Nuevo Tiempo's Delsa Solorzano pips Hillary Clinton in beauty stakes

VHeadline Venezuela News reports: The national director of Venezuela's Un Nuevo Tiempo-UNT (A New Time) opposition political party, Delsa Solorzano (pictured right), is one of the top 20 most beautiful politicians in the world according to a survey published by the Spanish website 20minutos.es which designs Delsa at No.18 and Yuri Fujikawa, a member of the municipal assembly of Hachinoche, Japan, as "numero uno"

65 of the world's female politicians were short-listed in the poll in which +912,000 votes were cast and she was pipped to the post by Peruvian Partido Aprista (PAP) congresswoman, Luciana Leon (2) and Italian Minister of Equal Opportunities Mara Carfagna (3).

Among the Latin Americanas on the list were Mexican Tourism Secretary Sara Latife Ruiz Chavez (6); Brazilian Communist Party, Manuela D'Avila (No.7); Peruvian Minister of Foreign Commerce & Tourism, Mercedes Araoz (10) and Mexican National Action Party (PAN) member, Gabriela Cuevas (No.23).

Further down the list were Mexico (Guadalupe) municipal president Maria Cristina Diaz Salazar (No.31); the President of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner (No.32), and USA's Republican presidential ex-candidate, Sarah Palin (No.33).

US Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton came in at No.48 and Colombia's Gina Maria Parody at No.55.
