Venezuelan Muslims flocking to support Islamic initiative denouncing terrorism

The Venezuelan Muslim community is flocking to the Internet to get hold of copies of Turkish author Harun Yaha's new book: Islam Denounces Terrorism.

The new book by highly-acclaimed Muslim intellectual Harun Yahya comes at a time when there is global confusion and misunderstanding of the Islamic faith and Yahya says he needs to set the record straight about what his religion really teaches and asks its followers to truthfully proclaim.

In 'Islam Denounces Terrorism,' Harun Yahya says accepts the challenge and already book critics around the world are saying that it is "a must read" for everyone who is looking to find the truth behind Islam's role and the 9/11 terrorist attacks in the United States of America.

Religion commands love, mercy and peace...

Terror, on the other hand, is the opposite of religion; it is cruel, merciless and demands bloodshed and misery.

  • This being the case, the origins of a terrorist act should be sought in disbelief rather than in religion. People with a fascist, communist, racist or materialist outlook on life should be suspected as potential perpetrators.

The name or the identity of the triggerman is not important ... if he can kill innocent people without blinking an eye, then he is a non-believer, not a believer ... he is a murderer with no fear of God, whose main ambition is to shed blood and to cause harm.

For this reason, "Islamic terror" is an erroneous concept which contradicts the message of Islam. The religion of Islam can by no means countenance terrorism. On the contrary, terror (i.e. murder of innocent people) in Islam is a great sin, and Muslims are responsible for preventing these acts and bringing peace and justice to the world.

Yahya says that his book does not contain any personal evaluations or explanations from 'dubious sources' which he describes are often stylized as "unobservant of the respect and reverence due to sacred subjects" ... neither does he subscribe to hopeless, doubt-creating and/or pessimistic accounts that "create deviations in the heart."  His book maintains that "the source of the terror we condemn is definitely not from a divine religion ... there is no room for terrorism in Islam."

Islam Denounces Terrorism is filled with hard-hitting facts; it is focused and to the point, and is highly recommended to those who wish to learn more about the world faith of Islam and it's teachings in relation to terrorism.

Our editorial statement reads:
VHeadline.com Venezuela is a wholly independent e-publication promoting democracy in its fullest expression and the inalienable right of all Venezuelans to self-determination and the pursuit of sovereign independence without interference. Our stance is decidedly pro-governance (defined as being contrary to anarchy) and pro-government to the extent that we support all and any government policies aimed at consolidating and improving the living conditions and future prosperity of ALL Venezuelans, regardless of race, color or creed. We also seek to shed an international spotlight on nefarious practices and corruption which, for decades, has strangled this South American nation's development and progress. In every respect VHeadline Venezuela's declared editorial bias is most definitely pro-Constitutional, pro-Democracy and pro-VENEZUELA.
