Carabobo State Governor Acosta Carlez will govern from southern Valencia

Venpres (Xiomara Borges):  At the National Assembly, the new State Governor of Carabobo, Luis Felipe Acosta Carlez, has announced that he will order the construction of a government palace in the southern region of Valencia. He and his family will then move to Valencia, although he made it clear that he would not govern from the palace but instead from a humble home.

Acosta Carlez further explains that the people of Valencia “made this project in order to move me to the south, my family home will go there … because they made me Governor, it is they who want a social transformation in the State of Carabobo ... and they themselves are going to succeed in giving a Bolivarian government to Carabobo.”

The new Governor assures that the first actions in his term plan will follow what he promised during his campaign ... “We are committed to satisfying the needs of the people, with the goal of achieving a holistic point of view on security.”

"We are requesting funding from various ministries to create start-up funds for cooperative, single women, businesses ... the goal is inclusion and strengthening. Acosta Carlez stresses that education and medical-welfare must be strengthened.

Our editorial statement reads:
VHeadline.com Venezuela is a wholly independent e-publication promoting democracy in its fullest expression and the inalienable right of all Venezuelans to self-determination and the pursuit of sovereign independence without interference. Our stance is decidedly pro-governance (defined as being contrary to anarchy) and pro-government to the extent that we support all and any government policies aimed at consolidating and improving the living conditions and future prosperity of ALL Venezuelans, regardless of race, color or creed. We also seek to shed an international spotlight on nefarious practices and corruption which, for decades, has strangled this South American nation's development and progress. In every respect VHeadline Venezuela's declared editorial bias is most definitely pro-Constitutional, pro-Democracy and pro-VENEZUELA.
